Re-imagining care listening event (online)
Join us online on 4 November from 7pm to share your stories of care during the pandemic and your aspirations for the future of care in Sheffield.
We will hear from Sheffield leaders and community organisations about Sheffield’s caring community during the pandemic. Then, we would like you to share your everyday experiences of care, the pandemic, and your ideas for future, sustainable care. You could tell us a story about something that happened during the last 18 months; share your thoughts on how you think we can create a more caring Sheffield; or tell us about one small change that would improve your daily lives.
Supported by our digital exhibition, this panel event brings together key figures from charities, research and policymaking to explore what the future of care should look like. We are particularly keen to hear from carers and care receivers about their thoughts on what would make the future of care better for them.
We will invite you to interact with us using your video and microphone, or through the online chat function. You can also send us stories, questions or comments in advance, if you wish to remain anonymous.
I‘ll be here in the morning: Celebrating our community of care
We are looking for artistic submissions which express your stories of care.
